The number of single-family detached homes being sold across Wood Buffalo is increasing year-over-year.

The Fort McMurray REALTORS® latest report shows 59 properties were sold last month compared to the 49 in 2018.

This is also slightly up from last month where 55 properties were sold.

Despite the increase in sales, the average price was down sitting at $545,512.

The number of active listings has also increased slightly from 2018 – with 377 properties currently on the market.
