Street sweeping season hasn’t been too kind for some drivers across Wood Buffalo.

Since crews started working on the roads in early May, the municipality has handed out 307 tickets for drivers who’ve continued to park on their street despite no-parking signs being put up.

The municipality has also towed 271 vehicles.

Drivers are encouraged to watch for signs and electronic message boards indicating when crews will be working in their neighbourhood.
