The RMWB is announcing a new skating trail for you to enjoy.

The trail, which is located downtown at Lion’s Park officially opened on Friday and is free for skaters of all ages.

Everyone is encouraged to grab their skates and enjoy this new activity with friends, family and neighbours.

Users are reminded to be respectful of other skaters and skill levels while skating with caution – and hockey sticks and pucks are prohibited.

Those interested in playing hockey are encouraged to check out one of the open outdoor boarded rinks throughout the town.

The trail will be open seven days a week until 11 p.m., weather permitting and to learn more – you can head to rmwb.ca/outdoors.
