The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is activating Winter Maintenance Zones (WMZ) 3 and 4.
From February 12 – 19th crews will be conducting snow removal operations in Subzones 3 and 4, and on-street parking restrictions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. during each locations designated day for winter maintenance.
The Municipality is relaxing WMZ 1 and 2 this week, and no parking restrictions will be in effect.
Each residential street in Fort McMurray is assigned a designated WMZ by the Municipality, along with a designated day for maintenance. Residents can find their zone and maintenance day by looking for information on posted street signage, calling The Pulse, or by using the Find Your Zone tool.
