Wood Buffalo RCMP have arrested a man after a number of indecent acts in public places.
The first one of note took place on July 11th at about 7:45 in the evening. RCMP were called to Millennium Drive in the Timberlea area for a report of a man committing an indecent act inside a grey vehicle. The suspect left the scene before police arrived.
About an hour later, RCMP responded to a similar report on Plamondon Drive. Witnesses confronted the suspect, who fled the scene, hitting a parked truck in the process.
RCMP, along with the help of the Specialized Investigations Unit and Forensic Identification Section, were able to identify the suspect and made the arrest without incident on July 15th.
25-year-old Ryan Kendall faces four counts of indecent act, five counts of failure to comply with a release order, and failure to remain at the scene of collision. He will appear in court later this month.
