Wood Buffalo RCMP have arrested a suspect in connection to a break-and-enter. 

Police were patrolling the Chipewyan Prairie First Nation when they were alerted to a break-in in progress. The fire department was on the scene extinguishing a fire on the exterior of the home when officers arrived, and the suspect was nowhere to be found. 

A short time later, police located the man in another residence that was under construction. 41-year-old Timothy Justin Herman was arrested without further incident and charged with two counts of break-and-enter, two counts of arson, and two counts of breach of probation.
