Fall In Alberta Doesn’t Mean FALL-ing Temperatures

Well, it’s official—fall has arrived in Alberta! According to Environment Canada, we’re kicking off the season with warmer-than-usual temperatures. We’re talking highs around 11 or 12 degrees. So, while you might not want to keep rocking those shorts and flip-flops, you can probably hold off on dusting off your winter gear… for now.

That said, don’t get too cozy. There’s always a chance Halloween could bring the usual dose of snow to match your spooky decor. But hey, the longer we can go without losing feeling in our fingers or screaming at the steering wheel because it’s that cold, the better, right?

Here’s to a mild start and fingers crossed for no snow on our pumpkins!
