A new study has dived into a potentially uncomfortable topic—our biggest regrets. It turns out, I’m not the only one lying awake at night replaying embarrassing moments. The study even pinpointed that the average millennial’s biggest regret happened exactly 11 years ago.

For boomers, it’s a bit more spread out, with regrets hitting around 30 years ago. I can only hope that isn’t true because, well, I was born around that time!

But what was going on 11 years ago that was so regret-worthy? Personally, I was just starting grade 12 and had fully committed to a career in radio. So, maybe this study has a point after all…
