Viral Turkish Pasta

Came across what many are calling Anna Paul’s Turkish Pasta online, and it seems to be a hit. Last night I made it, and it was fantastic!

Here’s your grocery list: Bow-Tie Pasta, Ground beef, Seasonings (paprika, turmeric, hot curry, salt and pepper, chili flakes), Tomato paste (some recipes didn’t call for tomato paste, but I’m glad I added it), White Onion, Lemon Juice, Butter, Greek yogurt, Garlic cloves (minced), Minced Parsley, Cherry Tomatoes

Cook your beef with a diced onion and the seasonings and add half a can of tomato paste and stir well, while it’s cooking boil up the pasta. You’ll also want to mix a couple cups of yogurt with minced garlic, squeeze of lemon juice & salt. When the noodles are ready dish them onto a plate, put a couple hearty table spoons worth of the yogurt mix on top, and then the beef. You’ll want to melt a couple table spoons of butter with lots of paprika, and drizzle that on top of the dish, then add your parsley and cut tomatoes. It’s really awesome! Sorry I don’t give more details on exact amount of ingredients, but I usually just wing it. If you search the name of the pasta you’ll find more detailed recipes. Here’s a variation of it, from a terrific influencer.
