This recipe has been on Tik Tok for a few years now but was recently brought to light thanks to Real Housewives Of NYC’s alumni Bethenny Frankel! I tried it out yesterday and was blown away by how EASY and DELICIOUS they were.
Some hot tips: they turn to rocks after a day so you have to either make just the 4 and serve them right away or warm them up before eating after a day. Bethenny’s tip was to warm up the cooking sheet in the oven before putting them on the sheet with parchment paper so the bottom crisps up!

Pre-Heat oven to 375F and place the pan in the oven to warm it.
One Cup All Purpose Flour
One Cup Blended Cottage Cheese
One Big Spoonful Of Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
Pinch Of Salt
Flour up your fingers and mix together with your hands until it forms a ball of dough. Separate it into 4 and form them into bagel shapes.
Mix An Egg and Egg Wash them on the top and bottom, then add your Everything Bagel Seasoning
Pop in the oven at 375F for 20 minutes. Some recipes say 25 minutes but mine were browning quite a bit at 20 minutes so I had to pull them out. Keep an eye on them depending on your oven.
