A new study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology shows that drinking coffee may slow facial aging. Researchers analyzed the effects of coffee, tea, alcohol, and sugary drinks on over 16,000 people, and found that only coffee was significantly associated with slower skin aging. Antioxidants are thought to be responsible for this effect by improving skin elasticity and hydration, which helps delay wrinkles.
