The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) and CNOOC are hosting a Family Fun Day in Anzac.
The event is set for May 25th to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Anzac Recreation Centre.
“We are excited to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Anzac Recreation Centre presented by CNOOC, as well as our renewed partnership with CNOOC,” said Graig Walsh, Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo CEO.
The day begins at noon and will feature a variety of family-friendly activities along with a BBQ sponsored by CNOOC, who are also the Presenting Sponsor for the Anzac Recreation Centre.
“I am proud that CNOOC will continue its role as Presenting Sponsor of this outstanding facility, which encourages sport and recreation and has become a vital gathering place for members of our community,” said Li Feng, CEO of CNOOC.
Opened in 2014, the Anzac Recreation Centre serves as a hub for members of the Anzac community and beyond to come together, participate in activities, and build connections.
