A Fort McMurray man is facing charges after three alleged incidents of indecency.

Wood Buffalo RCMP say they had received reports of these incidents since the end of April. On Monday, officers responded to a complaint of a man in a silver Volkswagen Jetta parked at the entrance of Peter Pond Mall, but the suspect was gone on police arrival. 

Surveillance footage was obtained, and a license plate from the vehicle was identified. A short time later, RCMP located the suspect vehicle parked at MacDonald Island Park. The suspect was located and arrested without further incident. 

25-year-old Ryan Kendall faces three counts of indecent act. He will appear in court on June 12th. 

Wood Buffalo RCMP are continuing to investigate.
